Research On The Development Of Rural Tourism In Danling County From The Perspective Of Industrial Integration

Since the reform and opening-up policy,China has achieved remarkable progress in the development of agriculture and rural areas.The grain output has been stable at over 1.3trillion kilograms for a long time,and the rural areas have undergone significant changes,with an increase in the income level of farmers.However,compared with the modernization of agriculture,the industrial structure of agriculture in China is still unreasonable,and farmers are at the bottom of the agricultural value chain,which limits their income growth.To address this issue,the government encourages the activation of the dormant resources in rural areas,the expansion of agriculture’s multifunctionality,the extension of the agricultural industry chain,and the integration of rural industries.As one of the integration models of rural industries,rural tourism can develop new forms of leisure agriculture,natural science education,agricultural experience,exhibition tourism,health care,and sports fitness through modes such as "tourism + agriculture," "tourism +industry," and "tourism + culture." Rural tourism has the potential to expand the multifunctionality of agriculture,extend the industry chain,improve the rural landscape,and increase farmers’ income.Danling County has utilized rural tourism as a carrier,integrated with agriculture,industry,and cultural industries,to create multiple Tianfu Tourist Villages and characteristic towns,driving rapid growth of the rural economy and helping Danling County become a leading demonstration zone for "urban-rural integration and common prosperity".This article measures the coordination degree of rural industries in Danling County to evaluate the level of rural industrial integration.Then,a evaluation index system for rural tourism development in Danling County is constructed from the perspective of industrial integration,and the rural tourism development index of Danling County is obtained.The article compares the index score with its own six-year development level vertically and with Longquanyi District of Chengdu City horizontally.The analysis shows that,from the perspective of industrial integration,there are still problems in the development of rural tourism in Danling County,such as low level of industrial integration,backward brand and marketing methods,and insufficient transportation and tourist reception facilities.Based on the AVC three-force theory,the article proposes to use collective idle factory assets to create digital cultural display scenes,and to develop new integrated business models such as rice-fish symbiosis and under-forest planting and breeding to enhance the technological sense and ecological nature of rural tourism,in order to further enhance social appeal.The article also suggests the use of geographical indications for agricultural products,strengthening exhibition and festival promotions,to further improve development vitality.Additionally,the article proposes to create themed landscape highways,beautify rural ecological living environments,improve rural tourism infrastructure,and enhance the level of tourist reception,in order to further enhance environmental carrying capacity.
