The Research On Comprehensive Evaluation Of Lean Logistics Level Of Tobacco Commercial Enterprises

At present,high-quality development has become the top priority of the tobacco industry.As the core business of the tobacco industry,logistics should be the main entry point for tobacco commercial enterprises to achieve high-quality development,and lean logistics can help enterprises improve quality and efficiency and achieve high-quality development.Therefore,in order to scientifically and objectively measure the lean logistics level of tobacco commercial enterprises,help tobacco commercial enterprises to implement lean logistics comprehensively and in-depth,and then improve the efficiency of enterprise operation and management to meet the needs of the era of high-quality development,this thesis constructs a set of A comprehensive evaluation system for the lean logistics level of tobacco commercial enterprises that is efficiency-oriented and meets the needs of the development of the times.Based on the lean logistics theory and logistics business process,the thesis uses the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods,and takes eight factors of leadership,strategy,technological innovation,operation management,safety management,logistics service,cost management,and talent team as the criterion-level indicators.,and established a comprehensive evaluation index system of lean logistics level that meets the actual work needs of tobacco commercial enterprises.Secondly,the thesis uses AHP and entropy method to determine the combined weight of the index system,and uses TOPSISgrey relational analysis method to establish a comprehensive evaluation model of the lean logistics level of tobacco commercial enterprises.Then,the thesis takes the tobacco commercial enterprises in H province as an application example,and makes a comprehensive evaluation of the tobacco commercial enterprises’ lean logistics level comprehensive evaluation system established by the research.The results show that the comprehensive evaluation index system and model of the lean logistics level of tobacco commercial enterprises established in this thesis have strong scientificity and practicability,which is conducive to the management of tobacco commercial enterprises’ own lean logistics level,so as to guide the high-quality development of tobacco commercial enterprises.
