| Under the trend of internationalization in the tobacco industry,Chinese tobacco business enterprises bear the pressure of international tobacco giants’ impact and domestic market becoming saturated.In order to cope with the severe challenge,they need to enhance their core competitiveness.At the same time,with the rapid development of the logistics industry,the service quality of the logistics industry is improving,the high profits of the tobacco industry can not cover the serious problems,such as extensive mode of tobacco logistics management,high cost,waste of resources and so on.Therefore,as "the third source of profit" of business enterprises,the implementation of lean logistics construction of tobacco logistics and continuous improvement of the management level of tobacco lean logistics can reduce costs and improve efficiency.However,the current research on lean logistics of tobacco in China is not yet mature,the lack of perfect evaluation index system and evaluation method can’t meet the urgent demand of tobacco logistics center to scientifically evaluate implementation of lean logistics.Aiming at the above problems,this paper established the evaluation index system of lean logistics reasonably and roundly,and the combination of subjective and objective weighting method was used to determine the degree of importance of every index to the level of lean logistics.On this basis,the grey comprehensive evaluation method was used to build the tobacco lean logistics evaluation model.Finally,Anyang tobacco logistics center was taken as an example,the validity of the evaluation model was verified,and the corresponding improvement measures were put forward according to the evaluation results.The main research contents include:(1)Design of the evaluation index system of lean logistics.According to the selection principle,the promotion of lean logistics operation level and lean logistics management level was selected as the target.Warehousing,sorting,distribution,customer service staff,the cost and information were selected as criteria layer indicators.Moreover,they were divided into 27 level three indexes so as to design a set of scientific and perfect lean logistics evaluation index system.(2)Index weight determination and evaluation model construction.Based on the design of index system,fuzzy-AHP was used to determine the subjective weights,then the entropy method was used to determine the objective weights right,through the combination of subjective and objective method,comprehensive weights of the index were determined.Because the index information was not complete,the grey comprehensive evaluation method was used to construct the evaluation model of three layers of lean logistics.(3)Empirical research and corresponding countermeasures.Based on the above theoretical model,the Anyang tobacco logistics center was taken as an example.Firstly,we carry on field survey to collect relevant data,then subjective and objective combination weighting method was used to calculate the weight of each index,and then the established model was used to evaluate the level of lean logistics in Anyang tobacco logistics center.Finally,the corresponding improvement measures were put forward according to the evaluation results.The results show that the design of the lean logistics evaluation index system has a clear hierarchy and cover roundly all factors.The subjective-objective combination weighting method can be more effective to determine the importance of factors.On this basis,the evaluation result obtained by the gray comprehensive evaluation method is more scientific and reasonable and in line with the actual situation.This paper not only enriches the theoretical research category of tobacco lean logistics evaluation,but also provides a reference to evaluate lean logistics level accurately and further promote the practice of lean logistics construction of tobacco commercial enterprises. |
