| In the new era of rapid economic development,as competition between large,medium,and small enterprises in China becomes increasingly fierce,employees are experiencing rapidly increasing work pressure,leading to a growing and increasingly severe phenomenon of job burnout.In particular,in recent years,China’s major commercial banks have developed rapidly,and the entire banking industry is facing even more intense competition in economic development.Under this background,bank employees have to face overwhelming workloads,leading to a growing number of employees experiencing various forms of job burnout,inevitably affecting work efficiency and quality.If bank employees are in a state of prolonged job burnout,they may become work negative,produce lower-quality work,lack concentration,and creativity,which will have serious adverse effects on the organization.Therefore,it is necessary to study and attach importance to the problem of job burnout among employees in commercial banks.This article selected A Rural Commercial Bank as the research subject,focusing on the problem of job burnout among employees of A Rural Commercial Bank.Based on a review of relevant literature,a questionnaire survey and interview method were mainly used.The data collected from the survey were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis,T-tests,one-way ANOVA,and other methods,and combined with relevant interview content,the job burnout performance of A Rural Commercial Bank employees was summarized systematically.The main influencing factors of job burnout were analyzed and studied from personal,organizational,and social levels.Finally,relevant countermeasures were proposed for addressing the problem of job burnout among employees of A Rural Commercial Bank.The research results showed that the overall level of job burnout among employees of A Rural Commercial Bank was at a medium level,manifested by a lack of work enthusiasm,motivation,and drive,low mood and negativity,and a lack of self-value recognition.The main factors affecting job burnout among employees of A Rural Commercial Bank were personal factors such as gender,age,work experience,marital status,educational background,and salary;organizational factors such as work environment,work pressure,organizational fairness,and development space;and social factors such as teller status,customer cooperation,social change,and trust deficit.Based on the specific situation of A Rural Commercial Bank and the main factors affecting employee job burnout,this article proposed suggestions for reducing employee job burnout from personal,organizational,and social levels.Effective and feasible management suggestions were provided,taking into account internal and external factors,as well as relevant measures for effective human resource management,with the aim of improving or resolving the problem of job burnout among employees of A Rural Commercial Bank. |
