Research On Working Capital Management Of A Pharmaceutical Company Based On Supply Chain Perspective

Working capital is an important factor to promote the high-quality development of enterprises.It runs through the entire business process of enterprises from procurement,production to sales.The efficiency of its circulation directly affects the business development trend of enterprises.In the new economic situation,the traditional factor based fund management model has shortcomings such as overly one-sided evaluation indicators,pursuit of single project optimization,and detachment from actual business processes,which cannot adapt to the new form of market competition.The Working capital management mode based on the supply chain is to study Working capital from different links of the supply chain by combining financial management and business processes from the perspective of the supply chain.This new Working capital management model effectively makes up for the defects of the traditional Working capital management model,and provides a new perspective for optimizing enterprise Working capital management,which has become a research hotspot of scholars at home and abroad.This paper explores the Working capital management of A pharmaceutical enterprise from the perspective of supply chain management by combining theory with cases.Firstly,the related concepts of Working capital management and supply chain management are expounded.On this basis,the current situation of Working capital management of pharmaceutical enterprise A is analyzed in depth,and the shortcomings of its existing Working capital management model are pointed out.Secondly,it introduces the Working capital management mode from the perspective of supply chain,and analyzes the main problems and reasons of A pharmaceutical enterprise in Working capital management from the three links of purchase,production and sales.Finally,a series of targeted optimization suggestions and safeguard measures are proposed to help A pharmaceutical enterprise improve its Working capital management level and anti risk ability,and provide an effective reference for the sustainable development of the pharmaceutical industry.Through research,it has been found that A Pharmaceutical Company mainly has the following problems: excessive use of raw material funds,neglecting the construction of supplier relationships;Reduced investment in research and development;Accounts receivable are abnormally high,customer concentration is low,and marketing efficiency is low.In response to the problems existing in Pharmaceutical Company A,after analyzing their causes,the following improvement suggestions are proposed from the perspective of the supply chain: In the procurement process,Pharmaceutical Company A should improve its internal procurement management level and optimize the raw material procurement mode.Establish strategic cooperative relationships with suppliers and develop credit management systems;In the production process,pharmaceutical company A needs to scientifically formulate development strategies and strengthen investment research and analysis.Increase research and development efforts to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises;In the sales process,Pharmaceutical Company A should strengthen the relationship construction with customers and do a good job in accounts receivable control.Strengthen sales expense control and focus on talent cultivation.This paper selects pharmaceutical enterprise A as the research object,and makes a deep research on its Working capital management,which provides a clear and feasible new idea for pharmaceutical enterprises to improve Working capital management.
