Standing at the end of the historical intersection of the "two hundred years",the report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China expounded on the Sinicization of Marxism from a more in-depth perspective.The report emphasized that combines the basic principle of Marxism with the excellent traditional Chinese culture,integrates it,and governs the country by culture.Cultural self-confidence is the fundamental driving force for the country’s new journey of comprehensively building socialist modernization,and it is necessary to actively give play to the important role of cultural self-confidence on the road of developing socialism with Chinese characteristics.At present,enterprise management is gradually transforming into a people-centered approach,and the humanistic strategy-oriented management concept is more and more valued by enterprises.Meeting the needs and development of people is beneficial to driving force for the long-term development of enterprises,and it is also the inevitable trend of contemporary enterprise management development.Internal audit is an important means to participate in accounting supervision and organizational management,therefore,carrying out corporate culture audit based on people-oriented strategy can help enterprises standardize cultural management,cultivate high-quality talents,promote the construction of corporate culture,and improve cultural benefits.At present,the cultural construction of China’s enterprises is entering a new stage of development.In general,the process of corporate culture construction lags behind other advanced enterprises in the world.Many enterprises do not regard corporate culture as a part of strategic management,and they lack of systematic and comprehensive corporate culture management and supervision.Corporate culture audit can help enterprises to make cultural diagnosis,which can purify the production and operation environment of enterprises.Human-based strategic orientation is an important theoretical guideline for conducting corporate culture audit practice.The culture of insurance companies is representative.The fundamental purpose of Insurance enterprises is to serve the people and meet customer needs,bearing social benefits and taking into account economic benefits.Therefore,this paper selects G Insurance Company,which is in a leading position in domestic development and has a relatively complete corporate culture system,as the case study object.On the analysis and summary of the relevant research on people-oriented strategy,corporate culture and corporate culture audit,defining the concept of corporate culture audit.By analyzing the problems and causes in the corporate culture management of G insurance company,we try to construct the theoretical framework of the corporate culture audit of G insurance company based on the people-oriented strategy.Then we put forward the realization path of corporate culture audit,aiming to help G Insurance Company to further strengthen the corporate culture management,to better exert the cultural influence of insurance enterprises and the "people-centered" social and commercial insurance demand,and to promote the long-term and high-quality development of the company.
