| In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy,the logistics demand for enterprise labor production and people’s production and life has also increased.The increase in demand has driven the rapid development of the logistics industry to become an important industry in China’s economic development.The flow of goods resources between regions can drive the expansion of regional logistics industry and improve the logistics capacity between regions,which also makes the logistics development in China show a diversified development trend.As a more convenient and efficient way,logistics industry brings people higher quality production and life,which is the leading and foundation in economic development.In the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it was proposed for the first time that China will enter the stage of high-quality economic development.As an important part of the national economy,the high-quality development of the economy cannot be separated from the development of the logistics industry.A logistics industry evaluation system was established to assess the development level of China’s logistics industry.The relationship and impact between the development level of the logistics industry and the high-quality development of the economy were discussed,In order to solve the problems that may exist in the high-quality development of China’s economy,such as the disharmony between regions,the development environment,the lag in opening up,and the lack of scientific and technological innovation ability,provide relevant paths for better realizing the high-quality development of regional economy,and put forward development suggestions from the policy system,industry planning,and institutional innovation.This paper first summarizes the relevant literature on the development of logistics industry and high-quality economic development from the theoretical aspect,and expounds the relationship and mechanism between them;Secondly,the existing indicator system is summarized,and the development indicator system of the logistics industry is constructed from the three perspectives of economic development level,logistics industry and transportation.The entropy method is used to calculate each weight,obtain the comprehensive score ranking,and evaluate the efficiency of the logistics industry;Secondly,collect panel data of relevant indicators of 31 provinces and cities in China from 2012 to 2021,conduct empirical analysis with the help of stochastic frontier model,discuss the impact of logistics industry development and high-quality economic development,and measure production technology efficiency to indirectly indicate the level of high-quality economic development.The logistics industry is a new industry in recent years and an important part of the tertiary industry.Its rapid industrial transformation and industrial technology reform are the biggest characteristics of the logistics industry.In the context of domestic supply side reform,more and more industries have begun to formulate high-quality development directions.The logistics industry involves multiple industries,which can promote the implementation of innovative reforms in related industries to achieve high-quality development of regional economy.The research results show that although the domestic logistics level is in a steady rising stage,there is still a gap to achieve high-quality economic development.The economic development between regions shows a significant differentiation.The eastern region has earlier reform and opening up,and more logistics businesses;The central region has a good railway transportation network,but the logistics growth trend has not been obvious;The western region has developed rapidly in recent years,but the development environment is worrying and has great development potential.In short,due to geographical environment,policy system,economic foundation,facility construction and other factors,the logistics development level of each region has significantly differentiated.It is worth discussing how to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of logistics industry development in different regions,determine the development advantages and disadvantages of the east,middle and west,formulate strategies for future development,and guide the efficient development of regional economy. |
