| As the core infrastructure of the logistics system,the national logistics hub plays an important role in driving regional economic development and leveraging regional economic growth.Studying the high-quality development of national logistics hubs has very important practical value.Zhengzhou is located in the Central Plains,with obvious transportation and geographical advantages.It has a comprehensive transportation channel of "meter+well" and a high-speed railway network of "meter" shape,with a route network basically covering major economies in the world.The passenger and freight scale of Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport has maintained the "double first" in the central region for four consecutive years,and the "six ports,ten stops" international route of China Europe’s trains has been operating steadily.Moreover,Zhengzhou has successively built four types of national logistics hubs,namely,land port,airport,production service,and commercial service,with a wide radiation area and strong agglomeration effect,playing a key role as a node and backbone hub in the national logistics network.Therefore,the article takes Zhengzhou as an example to study the high-quality development of the national logistics hub.Based on literature analysis and research,combined with the current development situation of Zhengzhou and the five driving forces for high-quality development,this article constructs an evaluation system for the high-quality development of national logistics hubs from seven dimensions and 32 indicators:economic status,infrastructure construction,innovative development,green development,coordinated development,shared development,and open development;After analyzing the commonly used evaluation methods,a comprehensive evaluation of the development level was conducted using the modified entropy weight method.The evaluation results showed that Zhengzhou ranked relatively backward among the eight logistics hub cities participating in the comprehensive evaluation.Among them,the rankings in the two dimensions of coordinated development and open development are relatively high;In terms of economic status,infrastructure,innovative development,green development,and shared development,the ranking is relatively backward,with a significant gap compared to other hub cities.Therefore,as a national logistics hub city,Zhengzhou still has a lot of work to do in the pursuit of high-quality development.In order to further study the high-quality development prospects of the national logistics hub city,this paper constructs a grey prediction model,and uses the GM(1,1)model and 32 indicators of the evaluation index system to predict the development trend of Zhengzhou from 2022 to 2026.It is found that the economic situation,innovative development,and coordinated development dimensions of Zhengzhou continue to maintain a growth trend,with a good development momentum;However,in the future,there may be a trend of no increase in the number of websites owned by every 100 enterprises in the infrastructure dimension,with an average annual increase of 0.46 decibels in road traffic noise pollution in the green development dimension,an average annual increase of 1.4 in urban registered unemployment in the shared development dimension,and a decrease in the three indicators of the open development dimension,indicating that the government’s openness is relatively conservative.The study also found that in the analysis of the evaluation index system for national logistics hub cities,the four dimensions of infrastructure construction,shared development,innovative development,and green development are heavily weighted,but Zhengzhou ranks lower in terms of high-quality development in the corresponding dimensions;In the prediction model,it is also found that there are adverse development trends in relevant indicators.Therefore,this article focuses on discussing future development suggestions for these four dimensions,proposing to consolidate logistics infrastructure,build a shared development environment,promote the development of innovative technologies,and strengthen the development of green logistics. |
