At present,our multimedia digital technology exhibition hall is in a boom of vigorous development,with a variety of new styles,new technical level of the exhibition is gradually recognized by the public,all kinds of high-tech technology combination and applied to different artistic techniques,so that the exhibition hall has a stronger connotation of information and mass appeal.By further exploring the meaning and background of the objects displayed in the exhibition,it not only brings multi-dimensional entertainment such as audio-visual experience to the audience,but also greatly enhances and spreads the value of its own brand.The development of digital exhibition hall along with the increasing popularity of individuals and enterprises,also drives the development of related exhibition design,Internet technology and electronic equipment industries,and promotes the development and innovation of their corresponding technologies.Therefore,the digital exhibition hall in our country has developed gradually and formed a good trend since the formation so far.Increase demand,and more and more digital exhibition hall companies,thus driving the development of exhibition system industry.Now there is no lack of strong companies in our country.The planning,design and three-dimensional content production technology of digital pavilion have reached the international standard.Therefore,how enterprises engaged in exhibtion-related services gain advantages in the fierce competition,stand out,enhance their core competitiveness and become industry leaders is a key issue for the development of exhibtion-related enterprises.In this thesis,taking SL exhibition showcased company as the case,a comprehensive analysis of the development status of exhibition enterprises and the competitive environment,the use of SWOT strategy analysis method to SL exhibition showcased company current own advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats to analyze the environment of the enterprise in the industry competition.The evaluation system of the core competitiveness of SL exhibition showcased company was constructed through the inquiry of experts.Then,based on the empirical analysis,the data was obtained through the questionnaire survey,the data was summarized and analyzed,and the core competitiveness level of SL exhibition showcased company was finally obtained and evaluated,and the deficiencies in related aspects of the core competitiveness of SL exhibition showcased company were found.It mainly includes the enterprise’s human resource management ability,organizational management ability,technology research and development ability,strategic decision-making ability,market development ability.Finally,based on the problems existing in the competitiveness of SL Exhibition Company,this thesis puts forward: improve the employee appraisal and performance system;Optimize the organizational structure of the enterprise and improve the ability of enterprise resource management;Enhance the company’s technology research and development capabilities;Improve the strategic decision-making ability of company managers;Expand the market share of SL Exhibition and Display Company The five key measures aimed at enhancing the core competitiveness of SL Exhibition and Display Company,and each key measure is described and explained in detail one by one,so as to expect SL Exhibition and Display Company to gain competitive advantage in the market environment of the exhibition display.
