Experimental Study On Intensive Effects Of Herbs Of Activating Blood Circulation And Dispersing Stasis On Purgative Herbs

Objects: To observe effects of Huoxue huayu or/and Tongli gongxia traditional Chinese herbs on microcirculation and PO2 of intestinal tissue in rabbit for exploring the matching dosage of these traditional Chinese herbs and confirming the fact that Huoxue huayu herbs can increase the value of the effects of Tongli gongxia herbs. Methods: The laser Doppler PeriFlux System 5000 detected blood flow of microcirculation and PO2 monitor detected POa of rabbit intestinal tissue at different time points. Results: Blood flow in microcirculation of rabbit intestinal tissue increased in some degree after feeding herbs, but not after saline feeding. 100% Huoxue chengqi had the best effects. POi of rabbit intestinal tissue was not affected by feeding each group of herbs. Conclusion: Huoxue chengqi can increase the blood flow in microcirculation of intestinal tissue. Huoxue huayu herbs can enhance effects of Tongli gongxia herbs when microcirculation was concerned.
