As the modern medical model changing , Doctors pay more attention to psychosomatic symptoms. Especially for Gynecologic and Obstetric psychical sanitariness. Pregnancy is a time of significant emotional and physical stress. Suffer from pregnancy, labor, postpartum and suckling, The women will produce mood changes--Anxiety, Depression. Mood changes are connected with biological and psychosocial factors. The perinatal period may be regarded as a time of crisis for the mother. Hormonal and endocrinological changes offer the base for mood changes. Depression may be the risk factor for complications and maternal anxiety is associated with premature birth, low birth weights, operation, and childhood behavioral disturbances. Antepartum depression is the strong predictor of postpartum depression, which further compromises the child's neurodevelopment and increases the risk for early-onset depression. The objective of this study was to explore① anternatal and poatpartum psychological status;② the biological and psychosocial factors related with mood changes; ③ the connection between the mood changes and perinatal outcomes.④How to explain the relationship between the mood changes and the biological - psychosocial factors;⑤ Establishment of gravidity psychology may perfect the theory of obstetrics and gynecology.Material and methodsParticipants were 168 nulliparas in the obstetrical department of the general hospital of Tian Jin Medical University. All participants had no history of neuropsychopathy and endocrinic diseases.Age (28.6±2.4)years old; Gestation age (39±2.8) weeks.①Using scores on the SAS, SDS, as indicators of anxiety and depression symptoms for prenatal stage; EPDS as indicators of postnatal depression symptoms(at 4th day and 6th day after delivery respectively). Participants completed questionnaires about psychosocial factors. In addition, Participants had a blood sample drawn for 5-HT, E2, P, PRL FT3, FT4, TSH analysis . Statistical analysis were performed using the software SPSS 11.0,to t-test, x2-test, single and multi factor Logistic analysis.Results1. Psychological status of antenatal and postpartum: the anxious rate was 25.6%; The severe anxious rate was8.3%;Antenatal depression rate wasl4.3%; Anxiety and depression happened at the same time, the rate was 10.1%;...
