| Background and ObjectiveThe academic inheritance from old famous traditional Chinese medicine of gynecology is an important part of the study of gynecology of TCM, and also a inevitable way to develop itself.Professor Xiao Chengcong, the chief Professor of gynecology of TCM of Dongzhimen hospital,chief physician,doctoral tutor, as a national famous old doctor of traditional Chinese Medicine,enjoys special government allowances of the state council.She is the granddaughter of Mr.Xiao longyou,who is one of the most famous four doctors in Beijing.She is devoting herself to Gynecological clinical work for over 40 years.She was granted one of the most famous fifteen doctors of gynecology in China by China Association for Traditional Chinese Medicine in October 2007.Professor Xiao Chengcong is erudite through paternal teaching and influence, coupled with years of hard work, now in gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine industry has made a great contribution.Professor Xiao is good at the diagnosis and treatment of myoma of uterus, ovarian cysts, endometriosis and climacteric metancholia,and forms her own diagnosis and treatment characteristics and causes great clinical curative effect.So organize her academic thought,research characteristics,clinical experience systematically are the most important purpose in this topic.Method and contentsIn this paper, the research content basically has the following several parts:1.The origins of Pro. Through the working above,i hope to achieve the goal that make her academic characteristics and academic thought rise to a height.3.Clinical study of climacteric syndromeFor women,climacteric syndrome is a common disease, frequently-occurring disease.It means in the menopausal a series of autonomic, endocrine function disorder, accompanied by somatic nerve psychological symptoms of a syndrome accured in women’s life caused by the decline of ovarian function or the fluctuations in estrogen levels or declineAccording to Pro.Xiao’s clinical research for many years,we find out that failure of normal physiological function between heart and kidney climacteric syndrome is one of the common syndromes.The deficiency in kidney-yin and kidney-fluid,it cannot fill in the heart, and the heart-fire is excess,so the function of heart and kidney is maladjust,so yin and yang are disharmony, which is the main pathogenesis.So we have to nourish kidney and heart.We use this kind of clinical formula,obtained the good curative effect.The clinical research do the clinical observation of the patients with climacteric syndrome that use Pro.Xiao’s formula for the syndromes of failure of normal physiological function between heart and kidney.In the clinical observation,we divided the patient into two groups,Chinese medicine treatment group and western medicine group.The Chinese medicine group uses Pro. Xiao’s experience prescription,and the other group uses premarin plus provera.the treatment of the two groups lasts two mouths.After the treatment,we ask the patients fill the blank of clinical symptoms observation table, Kupperman score table and detect the follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone(LH) and estradiol (E2).The results show us that after the treatment the effectual rate of Chinese medicine treatment group is 73.34%,and the other’s is 75%,But there is no significantly difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Pro.xiao’s prescription provides similar efficacy to hormone therapyin the treatment of climacteric syndrome.The effects of treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is superior to that in the group treating by western medicine in improving the patient’s emotional symptoms of climacteric syndrome, such as insomnia and amnesia, psychogenic,depression, irritability.after the treatment,FSH、LH of two groups has a downward trend than before, western medicine group’s is lower than Chinese treatment group’s, but there is no statistical significance(P>0.05).After the treatment, E2 of two groups has a uptrend than before,western medicine group’s is a little obvious than Chinese treatment group’s, but there is no statistical significance(P>0.05).It means that the treatment of the two groups has improved the ovarian function in some degree.In addition,through the correlation analysis of the 5-HT and emotional symptoms of climacteric syndrome,conduct a preliminary discussion on mechanism.ConclusionPro xiao is erudite through paternal teaching and influence learned family,and has arigorous、systematic and formal education.She has a good natural endowment and better acquired knowledge,her academic thoughts are adhering to the ancient precept.After harden, Pro.Xiao has a original views of the diagnosis and treatment of myoma of uterus, ovarian cysts, endometriosis and climacteric metancholia, Formed his own diagnosis and treatment characteristics and caused great clinical curative effect.In addition,she is good at extend the new understandings of the four ways of diagnosis,and the the combination of Disease differentiation and Syndrome differentiation,and the specific application in the treatment of gynaecological disease.After years,Professor Xiao Chengcong’s medication is exquisite, rigorous, and she makes use of coupled-medicince.She keeps pace with the times, her thought is agile, so we can dig the spark of thought when we face the patients.It has an important meaning for academic development that summarize her study characteristics, academic thoughts and clinical experience of Gynecology of TCM.and the same to the TCM gynecological disease treatment.Innovations:1.In the past years, the student of Pro.Xiao’s almost did the clinical observation to her clinical experience or did the research of some single disease’s clinical curative effect observation,they has not already arranged her academic thought experience systematacially.By summarizing and analyzing Pro.Xiao’s train of thought、theory、characteristics of using TCM、characteristics of TCM syndrome types, I hope to achieve the goal that make her academic characteristics and academic thought rise to a height in the forming of her academic thoughts,the treatment characteristics of her own diagnosis through this paper.2.By collecting and sorting the sparks during studying around my teacher, highlight this paper’s own characteristics.3.In the section of clinical research,conduct a preliminary discussion on mechanism,through the correlation analysis of the 5-HT and emotional symptoms of climacteric syndrome.
