At present, with housing system reformed, real-estate Industry has become a new growth point of economics. Under this background, there is an urgent demand for a typical system, It links real-estate corporation, house seller and consumers and makes consumers rapidly obtain the whole Information of real-estate.Under this situation, it is a good choice that information technique is adopted in real estate management. This paper introduces the knowledge of geographical information system (ab. GIS), on the basis of study; ComGIS has been main tendency in the secondary development of GIS. In the developing environment of Microsoft Visual Basic, the paper, combined with the sale data on Fuzhou's real estate, makes use of Map Objects (MO) which have been designed many functions such as map display, diversified inquiry, thematic map-making, etc. and achieves fundamentally desired aims. And thesis brings out many suggestions on improvement for the system.
