With the society,economical developing and environmental variation, Social public's ecology consciousness unceasingly strengthen. The ecology security and the ecology health idea also strikes root in the hearts of the people. In the arid and half arid area, the oasis is the people's foundation to exist and develop; the oasis'ecological environment has been paying close attention by people.The article is based on principle theory of ecology, information, system and controlling, which use 3S'technology to deal with landsat TM/ETM image to classify and monitor LUCC of MiQuan and to research the features of landscape in several scopes. And also calculate the converting probability matrix basing on the results of LUCC has been classified. It predicts the area and probability of MiQuan's LUCC in the future by model of Marlkov.According to the research, It has taken a great change in heavy salt land of Lucc forest land, the former increases 19051hm2,, and the latter decrease 15943hm2, grassland increase 34641hm2,desert increase 4616hm2, fields decrease 6241hm2. The fields and the grass land have decreased sharply.The article is also analyzing the patch in MiQuan by landscape view. It discovers the ecological problem in MiQuan by Multiple perspectives, Multi-side and Multi-level, and acknowledges its ecological environment, the development tendency and degenerated reason., analyses the actuation factor that causes this kind of change, seeks the methods and the ways to improve and to enhance the MiQuan city land utilization condition, supplies the science basis and theory support for region development.
