Large-sized die forging hydraulic press which is used to produce large-sized stamp work included alloy of aluminous and magnesium ,titanium and alloy of titanium is a vital equipment. It is irreplaceable in the defence and aviation industry for production of large-sized stamp work. The manufacture of large-sized die forging hydraulic press is confined by a series problems such as part performing,part processing,transportation and fitting, so it's structure is more complex when its tonnage is more large. The dissertation based on hydraulic press design theory, referred to the design experience and structure of former large-sized die forging hydraulic press, through feasibility analysis, defined the structure and technical parameters of 800 MN multi-cored forging hydraulic press, given the body structure scheme. With this understanding, the dissertation designed the unitized construction of up-beam, lower beam and horizontal beam. The dissertation analysed the key part three-dimensioned mode of unitary up-beam, lower beam and horizontal beam by the finite element software ANSYS . It analysed their rationality. By the contact method , the dissertation analysed the prestressed unitized vertical frame of 800 MN multi-cored forging hydraulic press and focused on analysing the unitized up-beam and lower beam. The dissertation modified the previous design and referred the last body structure scheme according to the calculated result. It offers preference for scheme demonstration and technical design of 800 MN multi-cored forging hydraulic press.
