Study Of The Application Of Raw Mix Proportioning System In Cement Industry

The control of raw meal of cement is one of pivotal links in process control and quality control of cement technique, and is also an important technique means of realizing production automation and safe and implementing correctly burden scheme. Therefore, using advanced raw mix proportioning control system in cement production can not only increase the quality of raw meal of cement and productive efficiency , but also alleviate greatly labor intensity of workers and production cost.Aimed at present situation of cement enterprise in our country, according to the feature of cement production in small and middle scale cement plants and some problems in raw mix proportioning, such as lower automation, lack of real-time monitor and control and lower productive efficiency, firstly, this paper aims at the study of raw mix proportioning control system and summarizes recent trends in systems; Consequently, this paper makes sure of raw mix proportioning distributed control system in the view of practical application, which is composed with industrial computer and several electronic belt weighing conveyors.Based on this, this paper analyzes the weighing principle and the structure of current belt weighing conveyor in cement plants. Consequently, it explains the reason of tolerance and how to overcome and reduce tolerance through the analysis of the tolerance source of the electronic belt weighing conveyor. Finally, this paper presents a practical type electronic belt weighing conveyor and puts forward the implementation and test.
