The Control System Of Rail Hardening Machine Based On C8051F020

With the diversification of the modern manufacture, people paid more and more attentions to promoting the functions of the control system. The application of computer has improved the efficiency of industry and agriculture as well as quality of product greatly. SCM(Single Chip Micyoco), thanks to it's lower cost, higher reliability and higher anti-jamming and so forth, was abroad applied in the industrial control system.Aiming at obsolete equipment and low automatization in one rail factory, this paper presented alteration scheme based on C8051F020, and designed control system of rail hardening machine detail detailedly. Because this scheme could control temperature of rail accurately, it improves heat treatment quality of rail and alleviates worker's intension.We selected C8051F (made in Silabs )as the controller, which has profuse inside resource, strong function and simple periphery circuit, so the control system can work steadily. Owing to rail in the state of movement while the machine working as ewll as rail is very hot, this design make use of infrared sensor to measure temperature of rail. Worktable use frequency conversion timing system, which technology is mature now.Through developing control system of rail hardening machine, it completely changed the laggard and inefficient technique of harden rail in this factory and introduced a solving measure which was efficient, advanced and credible for rail quencher.
