Control System For Computerized Embroidery Machine

The computerized embroidery machine has become a mainstream embroidery equipment with the development of electronics and mechanical automation, it has greatly increased the productivity of the textile industry. The main research theme in this dissertation is the control system for the embedded computerized embroidery machine, the hardware and software platform are designed based on system demand; motor control system is conceived to make sure main motors work harmonious; motor driver is designed to make the motor run stably with high precision on studying step-motor subdivision principle.The main research in this paper consists of the following parts:1. Hardware of system is designed, ARM chip S3C2410, high-speed MCU is used, USB HOST, LCD, Ethernet Controller, UART, 64M SDRAM, 1M NOR FLASH, 64M NAND FLASH modules are external expanded, keyboard, USB floppy drive controller are extended by CPLD.2. The embedded system WinCE.NET is introduced, The start-up process and device driver model are analysised, The board support package including Boot Loader, OAL code and external device drivers is developed to support WinCE.NET. SBoot and EBoot are designed according to system command.3. USB floppy driver is developed on deeply studying the USB protocol and USB driver model of WinCE.NET, it make the system support operations like reading, writing, formatting floppy disks.4. The application and main flow of system is designed. Motor control method is studied to realize the harmonious control of principal axis motor, embroider step-motor and color-changed motor according to the parallel operation of controller. The step-motor driver is designed, the subdivision of motor is up to 60000. sound protection measures are equiped to make the motor run stably.
