With the features of the CS-2215 and the function request of embroidery machine, based on the "CS-2215+Qt/Embedded" control system, this paper detailedly designs the control system's harmony control between principal axis motor and taboret motor, and the communication between the host computer and the subordinate computer with RS422.The control system adopts three hardware timers, of the control core of CS-2215--S3C2410A, to realize the synchronized action between the principal axis motor and the taboret motor. The write thought and realization of the hardware timers' driver procedure is detailedly introduced in this paper.Several measure methods of the principal axis's speed and the detection principle of the principal axis's position are researched in this paper; it introduces the application of step motor in the computer aided embroidery machine and the step motor's speed control. Simultaneously, this paper research the rise-drop speed carves of step motor and the algorithmic realization of manually moving the frame.The Keyboard manage mechanism, of the electric control system software design, is also introduced in this paper. In despite of its need for further studying, it has come true to detect the key event and make with response and disposal in time.At last, some questions in the process of the system's development and testing are concluded and the emphases of the next development and research on the computer aided embroidery machine are prospected.At the present time, this control system had passed the allied debugging and realized the basic function.
