Research On The Management Method And Related Legal Guarantee Of Promoting Construction Waste Resource

Promoting the construction waste resource is the fundamental way to treat construction waste comprehensively. Through this thesis research,it provides methodological guidance and basis for action to promote recycling of construction waste management practices.In this paper, it has analyzed the classification and composition of construction waste, and has made the yield analysis and prediction of construction waste. So it provides basic data for the research on the construction waste recycling management and the basis for decision-making. At the same time, through discussing the basic guiding role of the sustainable development theory, the circulation economic theory and the Extended Producer Responsibility on construction waste recycling management, it expounds the important principles of construction waste recycling management. Further, it promotes the framework for construction waste recycling management.In this paper, it has studied the management methods of construction waste reduction in the source from the aspects of architectural design, construction and demolition. It has analyzed assorted collection of construction waste on site, and the model of construction waste reuse. It has discussed the market-oriented management of construction waste recycling utilization, so as to achieve the purpose of reasonable and efficient construction waste recycling utilization, and to reduce the burden of landfill management in construction waste landfill.Moreover, promoting construction waste resource cannot be separated from related legal guarantee; so on the basis of improving the framework of construction waste recycling management, this paper has studed the relevant safeguard measures from the source control management, recycling disposal and information disclosure of construction waste. Finally, this paper further showed that the practice operation of construction waste recycling through the construction waste recycling management of Handan, so from the combining theory with practice,it can provide effective reference for carrying out construction waste resource in other places.
