With the higher demands of speed and accuracy for automatic mechanism, a large number parameters and kinematics issues have been paid much more attention in the field of indexing cam research outside and at home. This dissertation selects copper anode casting system as its research object, developed by the indexing cam and integrated stepper motor control system, in order to achieve quantitative casting system of industrial automation and improve productivity.First, researched the quantitative casting process and its system control theory, from the hardware and software two aspects designed the establishment of quantitative casting control system. On this basis, the proposed indexing cam curve optimization methods and algorithms. Expatiated stepper motor control method and the movement of cam mechanism to indexing cam and integrated stepper motor control system for the object, the establishment of an integrated control system control function equation. At the moment, the kinematics and dynamics analysis of the cam control system is presented and algorithm is given examples.Secondly, on the basis of the above work, explained the definition of electronic cam. Attempt to create an electronic hardware and software cam part and expatiated the electronic cam system selection method for the executing agency; proposed the algorithm formula of stepper motor's electrical impulse frequency.Finally, according to the indexing cam mechanism of the dynamic indexing accuracy of detection principle, to established the experimental setup of dynamic indexing accuracy error, and researched the mathematical expectation of the indexing device output shaft angle of rotation. Through analyzing of the experimental results, concluded that the output shaft angle of rotation of the mean square deviation to some extent reflected dynamic characteristics of the indexing driven systems. For protected the indexing accuracy and precision of indexing cam device provides a experimental data; at the same time, the electronic cam system as its test object, built the experimental platform and the established the experiment principle of the experiment system, test the acceleration response signal of output curve, and integrated the test date, calculated the velocity response curve. Compared with the motion curve obtained by experiment and the theory motion curve, verified the output of the electronic cam system has good flexibility and movement output characteristics. Experimental provided a theoretical basis for the indexing accuracy and controllability of the indexing system.
