With the development of computer technology,control technology and electron technology, fully automatic control system of HVAC&R testing platform has been extensive used by HVAC&R manufacturing enterprise nationwide presently. But fully automatic control system of HVAC&R testing platform nothing more than used in LAN or even in PC only presently. The monitoring can be finished in control center, the system is short of the function of remote debugging, remote supervision and remote fault diagnosis, and the general control mode of PID control is widely used. The remote supervision system of HVAC&R testing platform based internet, which is built base on the environment of constant temperature and humidity and air enthalpy-difference method, is designed. The mode of control and uncertainty is researched in this article.The developing status of measurement and control system of HVAC&R is analyzed, and two testing method, which used in common, is compared in this article. The air enthalpy-difference method is adopted, and the principle and standardization of test, calculation methods of thermo-physical properties is discussed.The developing platform for remote supervision system of HVAC&R testing platform based internet is described, and the structure and functions of the remote supervision system of HVAC&R testing platform based internet is designed in this article. For the system not only having functions of remote supervision, maintenance, fault diagnosis and experimentation supervision, but also having the excellence functions of original system of the automatic HVAC&R testing platform, the system adopt the mode which combine the B/S(Browser/Server) with C/S(Client/Server). Design and realization of field supervisory and controlling server, Web server, database server, browser client server, field data acquisition and Control model for the technology of ActiveX, Socket, ASP and serial communication is adopted in the system. For the maintenance, upgrade and system's security of the remote supervision system of HVAC&R testing platform based internet is discussed.
