Objective: To study the index melts in objectivity and structure changes of models of YANG-deficiency replicated by adenine in SD rats of Chronic Renal Failure. To provide a new way of TCM's therapeutic effect for the YANG-deficiency CRF according to the results of the experiment, and induce the difference facts about structure between the model and the mankind.Material and Methods: The 24 healthy SD rats, after 7-day's normally raised, randomly divided into the model group (modeled by adenine) and the normal group. The model group (12 rats): rats were replicated by taking 200 mg/kg · d adenine, and then the common chemical indexes of renal diseases were examined. The normal group (12 rats): normally raised. All animals took normal feed and water. 31 days later, the two groups were executed after conventional narcotic, and to draw blood 10ml in Belly aortic to detect the biochemical indicators and the kidney pathology, including N0, ET, cGMP, cAMP, IgG, IgM, TXB2, 6-K-PGF1 a , TNF-(?), IL-1β and MMS. We would analyze the meaning of every index used in the experiment. Results:1 Clinical performance: The model group was beginning to emerge more urine, psychotropic medication, dropsy. The normal group's activity was not unusual;2 The Scr and BUN in model group increased and there were significant differences between the normal group and the model group (P<0. 01) . But the UA in model group was lower than normal group;3 The K+ ,.
