The Clinic Research Of The Dingxin Granule' Prevention & Cure To Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation

Objective: The observation of the preventive and curative effect of Dingxin Granule to PAFwas conducted for providing new intervention treated prescriptions and preventing and curingPAF, so as to control or reduce the paroxysm of PAF explore the effective mechanism of thetreated prescriptions.Method: The 60 PAF patients were divided to treated group(Dingxin Granule, n=30) andcontrol group(propAFenone,n=30) and treated for four weeks with one month researchfollowing the treatment. Then the clinic curative effect and the improvement of the symptomwere observed. The cardiogram's movement of maximum P-wave duration (Pmax) andP-wave dispersion (Pdis) were analyzed at the same time. The statistic analysis based on thedata was undertaken at last.Result: After Ridit checking and contrasting with the control group, the whole clinic curativerate of PAF and clinic effect rate of traditiona Chinese medicine were 90.32% and 83.87%respectively, and the differences were prominent. (P＜0.05 and P＜0.01 respectively). Afterusing the drugs, the patients' paroxysm times and duration of AF in treated group were bothreduced evidently. Compared with control group, the difference is prominent. The patients'Pmax and Pdis were also minified evidently after treating.Conclusion: The Dingxin Granule was proved to be effective to improve the clinicalsymptom and enhance the life quality of patients. It can evidently minify Pmax and Pdis andreduce the recrudescence times of AF and shorten the duration, which has no any noxious andadverse reactions. It is a new safe and effective office treatment (OT) Chinese traditionalmedicine.
