Clinical On The Effect Of Tubulointer Stitial In Jury Of IgA Nephropathy With Shen-Yan-Zhi-Xue-Poul

Objective:The therapeutic effect of Shen-Yan-Zhi-Xue-Tang in the treatment of hematuria caused by IgA nephropathy (IgAN) was evaluated by this clinical study, this study provided useful information for drug screening of the clinical treatment of IgAN.Methods: Cases of positive IgAN confirmed by kidney puncture was divided into Shen-Yan-Zhi-Xue-Tang Gr oup(Test Group) and Persantine Group(control), each group contained 35 cases.A three-months treatment pe riod was given to each group and followed up for si x months after treatment.Changes of RBC in urine,24-hours quantitation,of,urine,protein,renal,function,retinol,binding,protein (RBP),n- acetyl-d-glucosaminidase(NAG)andMCP-1were observed in this study.Results:1.Comparing,with,Persantine,group,thetreatment,groupwith,Shen-Yan-Zhi-Xue-Tang was better in improving symptoms and sign, urinary protein,RBC, serum cr eatinine and urea nitrogen can be reduced after treatment, creatinine clearance i mproved,it maintain and protect the function of kidney. 2. Reduce IgA in blood and deposition in glomerular mesangial region, and relieve the detriment of glomc rulus. 3. Protect renal tubule by degrading RBP and NAG, adjust cellular immunity, and de grade the da mage of i mmune response to renal tubule and interstitium .Conclusions: The result we found in this study indicated Shen-Yan-Zhi-Xue-Tang can not only i mprove the symptoms and sign of patients, but also improve the kidney function, adjust the cytokine in vivo and show a significant preventive and therapeutic effect on the da ma ge of renal tubule interstitium caused by IgAN.This study provided a scientific basis for further application.
