| Objective:Chronic urticaria is a common allergic skin disease which behaves as wheals which tend to break out repeatedly. This disease can rapidly occur and subsidise accompanied with intense itch which may heavily affect life quality of sufferer. This disease is difficult to be cured, which belongs to "urticaria" category in Chinese medicine. According to the "meridian-cell-biological-field" hypothesis, the bio-resonance technology, which has gained good curative effect at domestic hospitals in the last years, combined with traditional Chinese meridian treatment are chosen to treat the chronic urticaria. The research of the "meridian-cell-biological-field" hypothesis, the bio-resonance technology combined with Yu Ping Feng San may provide the patients with Chronic Urticaria painless, noninvasive detection and treatment of integration, individualized treatment technology, especially providing those who are not inappropriate to take medication and those with drug resistance with a new method of treatment. And the way is a combination of the traditional Chinese medicines,modern science and technology. Meanwhile, it provides objective clinical research data for the authenticate "meridian-cell-biological-field" hypothesis of meridian essence preliminarily and the further research in the future.Method:All the cases from sufferers suffering by chronic urticaria diagnosed by the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences Dermatosis Hospital from March 2009 to December 2009, collected 63 cases of patients. All the cases are randomly divided into the treatment group (32 patients) and the control group (31 patients). The course of treatment in two groups is one month the same. The difference of the two groups in age, duration and other aspects of comparison was not significant, which are comparable. The treatment group is treated by using the bio-resonance technology screening of traditional Chinese medicine, while the control group is treated by mizolastine. And the effects were evaluated one month later.Result: After a period of treatment of 32 example patients, for the treatment group the cases of cure is 2(6.25%), the cases of result significance is 21(67.74%), the total curative effect of the treatment group is 77.4%. P>0.05(Afterχ2 test). The curative effect of the treatment of the comparison group is better than that of the treatment group. Four weeks later, the recurrence rates of treatment group and control group were 21.97%,66.67%. P= 0.017<0.05(Afterχ2 test), the recurrence rate of treatment group is lower than the control group.Conclusion: The clinical research confirm that the bio-resonance technology does have good curative effects in treating Chronic Urticaria and has low recurrence rate and few side effects The "meridian-cell-biological-field" hypothesis is authenticated preliminarily. |
