With the development of the relationship between China and Korea, Chinese learning known as Chinese hit begin to appeal in the current Korean society, following by the increasingly growing establishment of senior high schools that add Chinese into their teaching plan as the second language teaching. However, considering the survey, I did about the oral Chinese teaching in Korean senior high schools, the result turns out to be the fact that most teaching methods attach too much importance to the traditional boring theory, depriving students of their interest and confidence. Besides, the teaching of oral Chinese fails to develop Korean students'speaking ability, as a result of the limit of time and the teaching method, as well as the context of teaching materials.All of these above account for the dull Chinese; the majority of Chinese learners can't speak Chinese fluently or eloquently in spite of their mastering a good Knowledge of Chinese words and grammar.Thus, searching a useful and efficient way to teach is of vital importance.Task-Based Teaching Method aims at encouraging Chinese learners to finish their due quota in class, a process directed by teachers. Compared to the traditional one, it not only provides specific demand but also an opportunity to help learners to speak Chinese, practice Chinese. Consequently, the fostered learning autonomy not only the participation but also develop their leaning interest and initiative, which can be a significant solution to the predicament.According to Kim Ah-young's research of A Study on the Task-based Teaching Methods of Chinese Speaking Skills in High School, the author selects the common theme- interest, then choose the most symbolic teaching material among them to design a new Task-Based Teaching case. In the end, it brings forward constructive improvement strategies about the practice of the Task-Based Teaching design in senior high schools by evaluating its advantages and disadvantages.
