The article introduces the marketing activities of ChinaUnicorn H Branch that competiting with CMCC in H City, andanalyzes the marketing competition strategies for ChinaUnicorn to improve in the future.The case part introduces the business status of China Unicorn in China and Guangdong, focuses on introducing how Unicorn H Branch launched their marketing strategies and actions in local mobile communication market facing the strong competitor uangclong MCC.The case study part, the article analyzes the marketing activities given in the case part and the successful and unsuccessful points of their competition strategy based on the marketing theories; Then, taking reference of the successful experiences of different foreign operators, based on the theories and the China Unicorn situation, the article raises some marketing competition strategies for China Unicorn to focus on for the future competition.
