Along with social development, the advancement of technology, multimediatechnology is widely used in the foreign language classroom, Web video, film andtelevision work has become a new teaching method and teaching contents, Chineselistening and speaking is gradually becoming an independent course. Compared withthe traditional courses, Chinese listening and speaking class leave students in naturalcommunicative environment, students can listen and look and say, based on trainingcommunication ability. Textbooks are the main basis for classroom teaching, since1990the first book after publication of the Hello Beijing Chinese listening andspeaking textbooks,27species have been published. However, the theoreticalresearch on Chinese listening and speaking textbooks are not fruitful, has so far not acomplete textbook theories and principles of design. The teacher had to study objectsfrom the organization according to demand, so quality is uneven, they also differ.Strengthen the study on Chinese listening and speaking textbooks is necessary.Selected the China city series as the research object, as currently only a televisiondocumentary about listening and spoken of foreign language teaching and its researchsignificance. Authors will be on the text materials and video materials for analysis,and according to use of he learner objective assessment of the advantages anddisadvantages of teaching materials, and put forward some suggestions forimprovement, improve teaching materials, for intermediate Chinese listening andspeaking teaching materials provide some reference to better services for listening andspoken of foreign language classes.This paper is divided into five chapters:Chapter I: introduction. This section discusses the significance of this thesis,research objectives, scope and methodology, and the domestic and foreign researchstatus and trends on the subject. Generally describes the content of this paper andwriting ideas.Chapter II: the concepts and theoretical foundation of Chinese listening andspeaking textbooks. This chapter describes the definition of Chinese listening andspeaking textbooks, as well as the theoretical foundation of research on Chineselistening and speaking textbooks, Chinese listening and speaking teaching theory,theory textbook principles of foreign language teaching materials. Among them,Chinese listening and speaking teaching theories include audiovisual law teachingtheory and second language acquisition theory textbook principles of listening and spoken of foreign language teaching materials introduced related to the usabilityprinciples, specific principles, principles of communicative principle and interest.Chapter III: advanced audio-visual teaching material teaching material analysisof the text of China City Card. This chapter will according to the related theories ofcompiling textbooks and teaching evaluation standard, from two aspects of style in theexternal and internal style the text teaching of China City Card the analysis of thesystem, and objectively comment on its advantages and disadvantages. External styleaspects mainly in this paper, the teaching materials of writing instructions, catalogue,content, style and decoration and design, internal style the text mainly discusses theteaching material content, vocabulary, example, practice and cultural content.Chapter IV: advanced audio-visual teaching materialthe China City Card videoteaching material analysis. This chapter mainly from the specific content of the video,the speed, the length of the video, video subtitles, video, voice and text matchingdegree analysis of the urban business card of China video teaching material part,comment on their advantages and disadvantages, and provide some suggestions forvideo teaching material improvement.Chapter V: the survey and written advice about the usage of the China City Card.This chapter will focus on the usage of interview and questionnaire survey about theChina City Card and according to the relevant opinions, put forward suggestions forimprovement, and modified materials loopholes and problems raised in the writingprocess, contributing to the improvement of the teaching material and extensionmeager strength.Conclusion part, summarizes the research content, research ideas.
