As the development of China's international status,Business Chinese has become more and more important in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language.This paper summarizes the features of listening and speaking exercises of Business Chinese and suitable teaching methods through investigating different kinds of listening and speaking textbooks.The standards of comparing are design,intensity,and density then we reach a conclusion that about the features of business Chinese listening and speaking exercises.The exercise intensity is high and communication exercises have highest density,besides of this the grammar exercises have lowest density.There are great number of exercises and business Chinese listening and speaking exercises have some special question types.They can reflect clearly time features;the proportion in total are different;these exercises have more innovation in arrangement.Finally,teachers need to learn some teaching methodology and skills such as mission and cases methods to make better result.
