At the time when mining industry offers us raw materials, it inevitably deteriorates the natural environment. Backfilling of the unclassified tailings into underground goaf can both make utilization of tailings and prevent surface disturbance. How to solve the dewatering is one of the key problems in the tailings backfilling. In Decades, much research and experimentation on it have been done, and many achievements have been made. But as the cost of the conventional backfill methods is high, it is an burning issue to realize the dewatering efficiently and rapidly.For the demand of the unclassified tailings filling after mine exploring has provided a basis and reference for the highly-efficient study and rapid dehydration, by the implementation of specific dewatering scheme and conducting relevant experiment about hydraulic filling, The main research findings are as following:1.Aiming at the issues of the high yield, the many goaf and filling in debt, we have carried out the industrial tests, based on the completion of the indoor simulation tests, with the detailed research on the characteristics of the unclassified tailings, Combined with the systematic analysis and research, the unclassified tailings backfilling has been done in the Dahongshan cooper mine.2. Via the systematic analysis and research, the process scheme of the dewatering of the unclassified tailings filling has been demonstrated in detail and related parameters have been obtained through the test.3. This test, the unclassified tailings backfilling has fullfiled the requirements of dewatering with the selection of filter pipe and water filtering to drain, which can drain free water in a better way on the surface of backfill.4. The test of the unclassified tailings backfilling, to provides a basis and reference for the dewatering in Dahongshan cooper mine.Having applied the theroretical research with field test, this paper has carried out the research on the dehydration scheme of unclassified tailings backfilling and relevant parameters theoretically and practically, which has a guiding significance for the efficient filling of unclassified tailings and selection of ways to dewater rapidly.
