This investigation introduces a reality-based virtual processing method of spiralbevel gear, which could design the parameters of spiral bevel gear blank and milling cutterand modeling them. Software development of reality-based virtual processing of spiral bevelgears to achieve automatic designing, computing, and processing of spiral bevelgears.Combined the characteristics of solidworks modeling and reality-based virtualprocessing of spiral bevel gears to design reality-based virtual processing methods, to makesure it can maintain the correct relative positional relationship between the milling cutter andspiral bevel gear blank during virtual machining processing,and then machining the largerspiral bevel gear blank and the spiral bevel pinion gear blank. Modeling spiral bevel gear withthe method of processing, then analyze the assembly and motion simulation of the spiral bevelgear processed by the reality-based virtual processing method.The spiral bevel gear processedby this method are verified corresponds to the requirements of installation and movement.Finally, Analysising the machining process of spiral bevel gear. And discussed the feasibilityof realize the virtual processing. Establish the spiral bevel gear pulse electrochemicalmachining device based on the reality-based virtual processing method...
