【Objective】Master the occupational hazards in the presence of organic siliconproduction enterprises, finding out the occupational hazards occurrent regularity anddistribution characteristics in such enterprises, determining if the occupational diseasecontrol measures are effective. Control the occupational disease hazardous factors fromthe source and eliminate it as far as possible, protecting the health of workers.【Methods】Select a polysiloxane silicone manufacture enterprise, start from theunderstanding the process, based on engineering systems analysis, the identification andanalysis of occupation hazards that may exist in the production process of the enterpriseand its link, route of exposure as well as major health hazards,sampling and analysison-site distribution. To make recommendations on the problems for enterprise siteselection and layout, the occupational disease prevention measures, occupationalhazards in the field test results, occupational health examination data, occupationalhealth management system and other aspects of the investigation and evaluation.【Results】The occupational-disease-inductive factors in the process are hydrogenchloride, hydrochloric acid, methanol, methyl chloride, dimethyl ether, sulfuric acid,n-heptane, sodium hydroxide, hydrogen peroxide, natural gas (methane), ammonia,calcium oxide, trichlorosilane, dimethyl dichlorosilane, trimethyl chlorosilane, methylhydrogen dichlorosilane, polydimethylsiloxane, copper dust, dust, noise, temperature,frequency electric field, ionizing radiation. It was in the national occupational healthstandards prescribed exposure limits for toxicant concentration and the noise intensity,ionizing radiation intensity in the detection of occupational hazards. Indicates that theenterprise occupational disease hazard control technology measures and managementmeasures are effective. No occupational hazards accidents occurred since the theenterprise trial run. there is no diagnosis, patients or suspected patients caused byoccupation disease. 【Conclusion】It was effective to occupational hazards control of the enterprise fortake variety of occupational hazard control technical measures, management measures,to meet the occupational disease prevention standards, regulatory requirements.Occupational hazards in good control effect.
