Along with the rapid development of the manufacturing sector and the progress of control technology, automated control of the laser is playing an increasingly important role in industrial welding。At the same time, along with the research and development of the complete sets of welding equipment in high power laser, it also contributed to the advance and the extensive use of the laser welding industry. The degree of automation of laser welding equipment is relate to the control of welding speed in welding process, the side-blown size, welding quality and so on.. Thus, in this context, this paper employs the cooperation issue of Guangdong heshan keying automation equipment Co.. LTD. and Wuyi university----the development of automatic laser welding machine control systems and equipment. This paper is based on the analysis of laser welding technology and welding principle, advancing the control programs of laser welding.Arming at automatic welding systems need to set more parameters, high accuracy, low artificial intelligence features and so on. the paper builds institutions part of the welding equipment and design the control system. This welding device has designed a control system is based on the mobile platform, by modeling and analyzing the structural features.with PMAC control card as control core and PLC motion control methods. To make laser welding control universal, we have designed a man-machine interface, and do not need operate in the daemon to.you can set directly in the man-machine interface。To sum up, the major research in this project are as follows:(1) For the condition of the low production efficiency of industrial welding equipment and welding finished product quality substandard, it developed a set of laser welding equipment and automatic control systems. According to characteristics of laser welding current stage and the condition of needs, we studied mainly in terms of welding equipment, robots, lifting platform and others.(2) It has designed the control system of the automatic welding machine. Analyzing the basic functions of the control system, program selection. We has selected the scene to the PLC as a programmer, explored the hardware characteristics and working principle of the PMAC controller card. completed the control circuit of the system.(3) Develop the friendly interface based on VC++.Taking the PMAC controller as core and the Visual C++software development tools. to cany out the design of automated laser welding system RS-422and RS-232interface conversion and system interface and software communication function module and system security and so on. It discusses the principle of the welding system of motion control, and gives the design of user actions, preparation a specific procedure.
