Objective: To evaluate the values of serum CA125, morphology change of tumorunder ultrasound, RI and frozen pathological of intraoperation, before and in benign andmalignancy ovarian tumor.Methods:327cases of ovarian tumor hospital patients in Dalian maternity hospitalform January2008to May2011, checking serum CA125, color Doppler ultrasound,CA125>35u/mL as diagnosis standard, tumor appearance irregular, outline was notclear, coating was not complete and most appeared substantial component, with thenipple sample swelled as color Doppler ultrasound standard, Doppler flow resistanceindex RI <0.4, intraoperative frozen pathological results not benign as a positive results,with paraffin pathology results for diagnosis as the gold standard. Comparing all kindsof index of ovarian tumor like sensitivity, specificity, the positive predictive value,negative predictive value and accuracy.Results:1.Retrospective analysis of327cases of ovarian tumor, all under surgery,and190cases in benign,137cases of malignant tumor (including the low-grademalignant ovarian tumor11cases), taking serum CA125, figure characteristics of colorDoppler ultrasound and RI values, the results had obviously statistically significantdifference (p <0.05).2.Evaluating the serum CA125, morphological changes of tumor(Irregular form,outline was not clear, coating was not complete and most appeared substantialcomponent, with the nipple sample swelled, some malignant tumor may be associatedwith ascites and the parietal peritoneum was thickening), Doppler flow RI andintraoperative frozen pathological examination. combined three detection, the resultsshowed sensitivity was99.3%, specificity was99.3%, the positive predictive value was99.3%, negative predictive value was99.3%, the accuracy was99.3%. Serum CA125 combined Color Doppler Ultrasound detection sensitivity was94.8%, specificity was96.4%, the positive predictive value was96.2%, negative predictive value was95.0%,the accuracy was95.6%.Conclusion:1.Integration of preoperative serum CA125, morphology change oftumor, Doppler flow (RI) and frozen pathology of intraoperation, combined these threeexamination could improve diagnosis of sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, the positivepredictive value and negative predictive value of ovarian malignant tumor.2.After preoperative and perioperative examination, both two repeated predictionand assessment could improve the accuracy and safety of ovarian tumor.
