Cement is widely used in our country’s modernization construction. Cement production is huge, but the massive development of raw materials caused the destruction of the environment. The issue of environmental protection has aroused extensive attention all over the world, improving the rate of the raw material and the quality of cement production is widely ignored. Cement combined grinding system used intelligent control system purposed to improve the utilization rate of raw materials and the quality of cement production, control system used in Production line is the combination system of conventional control and intelligent control. The successful operation of control system used to solve the shortcomings of the low utilization rate of raw materials and high production cost. This research focused on the control plan of Weighing warehouse system, cement mill system and circulation fan speed. Between each control object must have a good cooperate to ensure the normal operation of the joint of cement grinding system.The complexity of the cement combined grinding system structure determines the diversity of variable control, the diversity of control system variables determines the complex of the control strategy and controller. The main purpose of this design is to design a controller, which can ensure the combination grinding system is stable and flexible, and have high energy efficiency.This thesis analyzes the relationship between each loop of cement combined grinding system. According to the relationship design the intelligent control switch select the control strategy under different working conditions. Bang-Bang control has rapid response to the big error parameters; weighted fuzzy PID control can learn the respective strengths of fuzzy control and PID control, complete control of the weighing warehouse loop; fuzzy PID self-tuning control completes the intelligent automatic control of cement mill in the range of allowable error; PI control with Smith predictor is solving the lag problem of cement combined grinding system, complete control of the circulating fan.DCS system of the production line in this paper is the AC800 F system of ABB. Intelligent control is written by VB6.0. The technology of OPC completed data exchange between intelligent controller and DCS system. Complete intelligent control of the whole cement production process through the parameters adjustment.
