Currently there are two instruments, infrared thermometers and thermal imagers, which can be used for the acute toxicity test algae infrared on the market. They have their own characteristics: infrared thermometer can display temperature values ??of a point on the object, but infrared cameras can display simultaneously measured surface temperature at various points; at the time of the test, the infrared thermometer need one by one cup temperature measurement, but infrared cameras can simply complete it by taking a picture of all the glass temperature measurement; infrared thermometer test data is hand-written, but the infrared camera image output can be long-term preservation. Infrared thermal imagers are better than infrared thermometers by comparison. Thus, the following research were carried out to determine the feasibility of algae infrared thermal imager for the test: the coefficient of variation analysis of the two instruments test; analysis of reproducibility of two instruments test; evaluation of repeatability and stability testing of the two instruments.Through organic polyol joint toxicity tests, we analyzed the combined effects of repeatability, and thus determine the stability of the two instruments; by comparing the uncertainty to analyze of the repeatability of the two instruments. The results and conclusions are as follows:① The correction result of variation coefficient of algae in response to the temperature: from 0.06(measured by the 10 kinds of drugs) is corrected to 0.42(measured by the 30 kinds of drugs).② The analysis results of variation coefficient of the two instruments: variation coefficient of infrared thermometer is 0.42, variation coefficient of infrared thermal imagers is 0.40. Rebuild evaluation system are: infrared thermometer test, when θi>1.42, the combined effect is synergistic; 0.58≤θi≤1.42 additive effect; θi <0.58 antagonism effect; TΦ <Tβ<Tλ-f ? Tλ independent action. When the infrared imaging test, when θi> 1.40, the combined effect is synergistic; 0.60≤θi≤1.40 additive effect; θi <0.60 antagonism effect;TΦ <Tβ <Tλ-f ? Tλ independent action.③ Reproducibility test analysis of two instruments: the antagonism binary joint action reproducibility thermometer is 80%, the thermal imager is 77.8%; antagonism triple the combined effects of repeatability thermometer is 90%, the thermal imager is100%; antagonism quaternary combined effects of repeatability thermometer is 100%,the thermal imager is 40%; antagonism five- combined effects of repeatability thermometer is 100%, thermal imager is 100%. From this, antagonism Multiple Joint Test average repetition rate of infrared thermometer is 92.5%, thermal imager is 79.5%.The additive effect of the two-line infrared thermometer occurrence rate is 88.9%;thermal imager is 44.4%.④ The stability and reproducibility evaluation of the two instruments: Stability:According to reproducibility analysis of the two instruments, the average repetition rate of the antagonism of multivariate testing and double joint additive effect occurrence rate, infrared thermometer is greater than the infrared camera, and therefore the stability of the infrared thermometer better than infrared camera.Repeatability: The repeatability of the instrument is showing the similar value of the instrument of multiple measurements to the same objective. Usually the degree of dispersion or uncertainty is analyzed by mathematics variance. The smaller of indication(smaller degree of dispersion or uncertainty), the better of the instrument repeatability. Uncertainty of infrared thermometer in the control group was 0.198%,thermal imager is 1.143%, which is 7.29 times the former; uncertainty of infrared thermometer in the dosing group is 0.196%, thermal imager is 1.436%, which is 7.33 times the former. Whether control or dosing group, uncertainty of infrared thermometer is more seven times than infrared camera. It shows that repetition of infrared thermometer is better than the thermal imager.⑤ Based on the repeatability and stability results of the two instruments, the stability and reproducibility of thermometer is better than thermal imager in the experiments. And therefore the infrared thermometer is superior to thermal imaging instrument in algae infrared acute toxicity testing.
