As an innovative joint evaluation system, the deviation coefficient of algae infrared test is directly related to the evaluation result, so the deviation coefficient is very important. At present, the joint deviation coefficient method is 0.42, which is very good for the combined effect evaluation of two types, but it is not sure that can be used to evaluate the effect of three types,four ypes and five ypes. Aim to study the relationship of multivariate function types and variation coefficient, I studied multi joint action experiments, benzene, toluene, xylene, benzene, chloroform and other five kinds of drugs, through combined action of drugs with the additive effect test and different drug test, analysised multivariate function and coefficient of variation. The results are as follows:Experimental results:(1) When the deviation coefficient value was 0.42, the algae infrared test of three, four or five types of organic drugs in the the combined effect of experimental were 40%, 0%, 40%.(2) According to the calculation formula of the deviation coefficient, the average deviation coefficient of the joint action of three types was 0.75, four types was 0.79, five types was 0.79, so the average value was 0.78.(3) When the deviation coefficient value was 0.78, three, four, or five types of the additive effects of the organic drugs were 100%.(4) When the deviation coefficient value was 0.42, three, four or five types of organic chemical of the different combination of the antagonistic effect of reproducibility rates were 90%, 100%, 100%(5) When the deviation coefficient value was 0.78, hree, four, five types of organic chemical medicine of the different combination of the antagonistic effect of reproducibility rates were 40%, 0%, 0%Research conclusion:(1) Deviation coefficient 0.42 is only suitable for the joint evaluation of two types.(2) The relationship between the multiple joint action and the deviation coefficient is increase by the number of elements, that is, the deviation coefficient of the joint function evaluation is two types < three types < four types < five types.
