With increasing production pollution human economic activity,in many parts of the soil pollution area is expanding in the world,affected soil ecological structural and function stability.These can cause some impact on crops and groundwater contaminated soil,directly result in the decrease of grain yield and quality decline,harm human health.With the deepening of human understanding of importance of soil,soil pollution is highly valued,also gradually become hot topics in the study of environmental science.The leaching of soil pollution soil is a kind of effective measures.At present,our country has researched a lot about soil leaching.But mostly concentrated in the soil drench lotion on research and development,the study of soil leaching equipment is still in its infancy, so we must strengthen research of soil leaching equipment,so as to realize the pollution of the soil.In this paper,the general structure of vertical soil leaching machine is designed,includes four parts,the vibrating screen points broken system,elution system,solid-liquid separation system and water recycle system.Vibrating screen points broken system was discussed and the elution system composition and performance characteristics,and put forward the design requirements on the elution system,on the basis of the design requirements of elution systems design.In the process of the design of elution system,mainly for the following work:(1) The power parameters, selection of motion parameters.(2) The design of the stirring shaft and coupling.(3) The design of the casing and frame, stirring blades.(4)Through ANSYS software to support and mixing blades for finite element analysis,from their total strain diagram、diagram equivalent stress and equivalent elastic strain diagram,the biggest deformation zone known stents and mixing blade,can determine support and mixing blades satisfy the requirements.
