Clinical Observation Of Shenfu Injection In Treatment Of Heart Failure

Objective: In this study,the patients with heart failure which TCM syndrome typing of heart kidney yang deficiency syndrome and NYHA classification belongs to II or III grade were divided into two groups.The first group used the conventional treatment,the other used Shen Fu Injection based on the conventional treatment.We compared with changes of two groups before and after treatment in order to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Shen Fu Injection.Methods: The study collected patients the patients diagnosed as Heart Failure which TCM syndrome typing of heart kidney yang deficiency syndrome and NYHA classification belongs to II or III grade who stayed in the TCM Hospital Department of Anhui Province during the period from December 2013 to December 2014.The 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group were treated with traditional comprehensive therapy of WM。Treatment group in the above-mentioned treatment services based on Shen Fu injection,Pharmaceutical ingredients:ginseng,monkshood.Once a day,intravenous administration,one Course is 14 day.Compare the symptoms,signs of two groups of patients and Changes of indexes.Results:1.Comparison of the clinical curative efficacy on two groups of patients:After treatment,the changes in symptoms and signs of two groups were both effective.The treatment group was prior to the control group significantly(P<0.05).It shows that the additional use of Shen Fu injection can improve clinical treatment effect of patients with Heart Failure compared with therapy of WM alone.2.After treatment,comparison of the ejection fraction of left ventricle,the treatment group was prior to the control group significantly(P < 0.05).The LVEF of post-treatment comparison of pretreatment were both obviously improved both the two groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01).3.Comparison of improvement in the BNP and Lee patients symptom integra of Heart Failure:After treatment,the BNP and Lee patients symptom integra of the two groups of patients decreased both(P<0.01).But the treatment group showed a greatdifference(P<0.05).4.Comparison of improvement in the 6-minute walking test of Heart Failure:After treatment,the 6-minute walking test of the two groups of patients increased both.But the treatment group showed a reat difference(P<0.05).5.Comparison of traditional Chinese medicine curative effect on two groups of patients:The treatment group was prior to the control group significantly(P<0.05).It shows that the additional use of Shen Fu injection can improve traditional Chinese medicine curative effect of patients with Heart Failure compared with therapy of WM alone.Comparison of symptom scores: the treatment group better than the control group(P<0.05).6.There is no obvious badness response on two groups of patients.Conclusions: 1.The patients with routine Western medicines treated with Shenfu Injection can improves symptoms more effectively than routine Western medicines.2.Shenfu Injection is also feasible and safe for clinic use in chronic heart failure Patients.
