This paper is a translated report, and the translation of the report, selectes " the maintaince and development of Japanese rural family" (Part 1,Chapter 2), as translated text Steiner’s hermeneutic translation theory for the study of translators’subjectivity provides theoretical guidance. In the first chapter, it includes the research’s contents, the significance of this research and the view of today’s scholars. The second chapter is the theoretical overview of the development of hermeneutic, George Steiner and translation theory translator’s subjectivity were introduced. The fourfold translation motion is trust, aggression, incorporation, and compensation. In the third chapter, the author discusses the translation and tends to observe the fourfold translation motion how to guide practice of translation. The fourth chapter is the text of the conclusion. It summarized translation of inspiration for future translation activities with guidance.
