The dual-factor model of mental health emphasis on positive psychology in the assessment of mental health, which thinks the characteristic of positive psychology should to be joined in the evaluation to evaluates a person’s mental health better. Always, mostly of the nurses mental health status evaluation is based on single negative or positive factor. Therefore, this study adopted the methods of literature research, questionnaire survey, firstly verify the applicability of the nurse group in China by the dual-factor model of mental health, then analyzes the current nurse mental health status, finally discusses the relationship between occupational burnout and turnover intention. As follows:Research 1 analysis assumes three kinds of mental health model which conducted a confirmatory factor, the result shows: with life satisfaction as a positive psychological indexes, the spirit of the pathological symptoms of negative psychological index to build a single index dual-factor model of various indicators of mental health is good, the chi square/df = 3.143, RMR = 0.022, RMSEA = 0.059, GFI, AGFI, CFI in 0.9 above, is better than that of the spirit of pathological symptoms as the only index of single factor model of mental health and mental pathological symptoms as negative psychological indexes and subjective well-being as positive psychological index of the composite index two-factor model.Research 2 based on the dual-factor model to analyzed the mental health of nurses and the differences of demographic variables, the result shows: the nurses complete mental health ratio is lower, The vulnerable and troubled ratio is higher.Different ages, nursing ages and cultural degree of nurses in the negative psychological exist significant difference;Different ages, marital status of nurses in the positive psychological score difference was statistically significant.Research 3 discusses the relationship between the nurse occupational burnout, mental health and turnover intention. Results showed that complete mental health people has a lower sense of occupational burnout and turnover intention than vulnerable people and troubled person and also a psychiatric symptoms have symptoms but symptomatic but content and troubled of nurse groups, have high sense of life satisfaction of nurses occupational burnout and turnover intention are low.Mental health, occupational burnout and turnover intention have significant correlation, the correlation coefficient between 0.017 to 0.882. Occupational burnout of each dimension has significant predict effect to mental health; Occupational burnout of cynicism, reduced personal accomplishment to turnover intention have significant positive prediction function;Depression factor in mental health and life satisfaction on departure will have a significant role.Mental health in the partial intermediary role between occupational burnout and turnover intention. The dual-factor model of incomplete mental health especially vulnerables in occupational burnout dimensions as well as mild, moderate, severe burnout detection was significantly more than the traditional model, and the difference was statistically significant in the number of people.General conclusion:Use lifesatisfaction as positive psychological indicators psychopathological symptoms as negative psychological index, to build a single index dual-factor model of mental health, which get a preliminary verification, the model is suitable for measuring the nurse of mental health, and it is more comprehensive than traditional assessment. The advantages of this model is not only able to detect the part(vulnerable and symptomatic but content) which overlooked by traditional mental health assessment, intervene and prevent different groups camore individualized and targetly; Poor mental health status can be detected at early in individuals, to be intervened timely. Due to the limitation of sample size, time, manpower and material resources, may affect the results, further research can enlarge the sample size, track design by longitudinal study of nurses psychological health development, further validation of model and discusses the model of mental health intervention.
