The Dual—Factor Model of Mental Health is based on positive psychology,set up in the process of critical to psychopathology the traditional model,it puts the subjective well-being into model,and has been proved better than psychopathology the traditional model.It has been proven to be applicable to young people both at home and abroad,but there are no empirical studies in domestic college students.In this study,400 college students from six universities in Qinghai Province were selected as subjects,and their psychological symptoms,subjective well-being,social support and self-efficacy were investigated.First,a two-factor model is constructed and the fitness index of the mental health model is tested according to the collected data.The applicability of the two-factor model of mental health in the college students in Qinghai province is verified.Then,based on this,the quartile method is used to classify the mental health status of college students,and the self-efficacy and social support characteristics of different types of students were measured.The factors influencing the psychological symptoms,life satisfaction,positive negative emotion,social support and self-efficacy of college students in Qinghai Province were also analyzed and discussed.Finally,the following conclusions:First,the two-factor model of mental health can be applied in college students in Qinghai Province,and the fit degree index reaches the ideal level.In the future mental health education work can be based on this model of Qinghai Province,the mental health of college students to conduct research and analysis.Second,according to the "quadrilateral" model in the two-factor model,the college students in Qinghai Province can be divided into four categories according to their mental health status: "complete mental health","susceptible","symptomatic but self-satisfied " And " completely sick ".The four categories of people defined in the level of social support and general self-efficacy level of significant differences,showing different characteristics,"quartet" classification method in Qinghai Province,viable students.Third,gender,nationality,grade,discipline and school type of these five factors on the psychological symptoms of students in Qinghai Province,life satisfaction,positive and negative emotions,social support(including family support,friend support and other support)and self-efficacy aspects There are different degrees,different aspects of the impact,it is worth noting.
