Now China has inevitably entered the aging society, the huge population base makes it face more severe pressure than the traditional western aging country at the beginning.The surge of endowment problems are challenging the relevant national policies and functions to improve and perfect at the same time.It also highlights the lack of pension agency and the service of single, inadequate.For the old service providers,the family endowment is still occupied the main position,however,the institutional endowment is booming which will gradually becomes the primary choice.Old people in the process of aging, are faced with problems which are more complex and difficult to solve.It involves and influences a lot.The nursing staff takes care of old people’s daily life, their service skills and consciousness directly affect the old man’s physical and mental health.Social work rapidly developed since the 1990 s, it is knew and accepted by more and more people.But the introduction of social work services in pension institutions are just few and the project is also too single.To make better and more comprehensive research about the process of the group work playing a role in pension agency,so as to achieve some successful experience and results.This research design and put into practice the old and the nursing staffs two group,they implement activities together and make contrast to promote positive changes.The professional evaluation throughout the entire process aims to explore more useful experiences for agency management and social work service for old people through the research of group work method in the private pension agency.
