Research On Risk Factors Of Sea Reclamation Project From The Prospective Of Sustainable Development

Sea reclamation is one of the most significant ways for coastal cities to obtain land resource.Meanwhile,this action has also been result in irreversible harm to the sustainable development.Therefore,it is necessary that considering and analyzing all risks factors from the perspective of sustainable development,moreover,to propose some suitable strategies.At the beginning of this research,the researcher first adopted references analyzing and experts investigate to consider all risk factors of sustainable ocean economy of any sea reclamation projects,after that 5 methods were adopted to define the ability of sustainable ocean economy.After a number of surveys were filled out by relevant personnel using descriptive analysis method and exploratory analysis method.The most important factor was scare ability of pollute dispersion as tidal motion characteristics of the reclaimed area,the researcher divided those factors into three classes-“failed in performing scheme of the construction”?“benefits related with reviewers and the project”?“abuse power of marine administration department”.This research would adopted some solutions and suggestions to relevant department in order to increase their level scientific decision making skills.As well as providing theory and practice guideline for government regulation to improve the ability of approval decision and most likely to minimize the effect to sustainable development economy.
