The pollution caused by the industrial society is a serious threat to the environment and human health,and has become increasingly serious.Low-value polluting waste(LPW)such as electronic waste,medical waste can cause a variety of pollution and harm to the environment.In this context,this thesis study the construction of low-value polluting waste recycling logistics network of domestic city and build a low-value polluting waste recycling social behavior simulation model,and taking the fluorescent lamps recycling in Beijing as an study example in order to promote the development of the low value pollution waste recycling in domestic city.Based on the circular economy and the reverse logistics model of LPW,this thesis build a recycling network system in domestic city which is made of 3 kinds of facilities:recycle station,storage/distribution center,processing plants,etc.And it explored the build pattern and site selection plan of the recycling system of LPW,theoretical studies have shown that it is suited to the needs of domestic city.The construction of the LPW recycling system not only needs the mature recycling logistics network,but also depends on the government's policy decision and the active participation of the consumers.Based on the build pattern and site selection plan of the recycling system of LPW,this thesis build an agent-based LPW recycling social behavior simulation model.Agents involved include communities,recycling factories,government and subdistrict office.Each type of agent makes their own decisions over time and interacting with each other.In the end,this thesis take the fluorescent lamps recycling in Beijing as an study example,builds a fluorescent lamps recycling network system in Beijing and an agent-based LPW recycling social behavior simulation model of fluorescent lamps recycling in Beijing.Through comprehensive comparative analyze simulation results of different policy scenarios,this thesis give some meaningful and useful conclusions and recommendations to the government decision in the construction of the LPW recycling system.
