Objective By collecting Professor BaoYanzhong treatment of Idiopathic oligoasthenozoospermia' clinical cases arrangement information and statistical analysis,to reveal hismedication rule of this disease,in order to summarize the academic thought and improve clinical outcomes,and better inherit and develop the career of Traditional Chinese medicine.Methods This study,by researching literature about BaoYanzhong treatment of Idiopathic oligoasthenozoospermia's clinical experience.Accroding to learning follow teacher,in Hangzhou Red Cross Hospital collecting June 2014 to June 2016 that Professor BaoYanzhong outpatient treatment of Idiopathic oligoasthenozoospermia,chooses 171 patients who were treated effectively by BaoYanzhong,and includes 1008 herbal prescription.the patient's age,syndrome type,prescription entry Excel software and SPASS software for statistical analysis of medicine use frequency from medicinal properties and tastes of herbs,meridian tropism,efficacy and other aspects,clustering analysis of the core medicine,to study on medication rule of mentor and summarize the academic thought.Results 1.Get four Academic Thoughts and Medication Rules Of Professor BaoYanzhong in the treatment of Idiopathic oligoasthenozoospermia.2.Get 114 traditional Chinese medicine use frequency and classification involved in 1008 prescription.Get 51 high frequency medicine and its medicinal properties and tastes,and meridian tropism.Get commonly used traditional Chinese medicine prescription.And get the high frequency medicinel's core battery from the patterns of TCM syndrome.Conclusion We carried out a preliminary study on the hismedication rule and the academic thought of this disease.Get the Academic Thought and Medication Rules Of Professor BaoYanzhong in the treatment of Idiopathic oligoasthenozoospermia,including correlation of all five examinations and especially emphasizing tongue inspection,sutying in the kidney and focusing on liver and spleen first,first concentrates on kidney tonifying and regulating liver-spleen and attachment great importance to ascending-descending,etc,throughout the course of diagnosis and treatment.Commonly used traditional Chinese medicine prescription,and the high frequency medicinel's core battery can be concluded,the commonly used drugs include for restoring vital energy,heat-clearing drugs,blood act stasis remove drugs and regulating QI flow drugs,and drugs entering the liver,kidney and spleen ect,that the medication law of abalone is used to provide the basis for clinical treatment of the disease.
