In modern society,with the rapid development of society and economy,people's living standard has improved,and becaues of changes of lifestyle,China's population spectrum of disease undergone tremendous changes,diabetes,hypertension,cancer,cardiovascular disease and other chronic non-communicable diseases incidence rate are rising rapidly,unhealthy lifestyle behaviors have become the main cause of the chronic disease.Vigorously promoting health education and improving health literacy of citizens is to maintain health,reduce the disease,and is alao the most simple and direct and economical strategy,is also concerned with social harmony,national quality,population security.This article has investigeted Shijiazhuang urban and rural residents with health literacy survey,in order to grasp the needs of residents of health education,identify the differences in health education between urban and rural areas and the existing problems,and put forward the corresponding measures to solve the problem.In the face of the current health education and health promotion network is not perfect,the quality of personnel is not high,the service is not strong,the measures are not in place,the focus and working way is not in their way,publicity and assessment measures need to be improved to face the most provinces and cities,combined with the current data,careful analysing,scientific planning,explorating health education the actual needs of the current activities of urban and rural residents satisfied,putting forward the improvement measures to promote the healthy and suggestions,offering practical advice and suggestions for the development of health education in Shijiazhuang.
