As the Chinese idiom says,“Female can hold up half of the world.” With the development of economy and progress of the society,the position and function that female plays in the society become more and more important under the concerning of our party and government.Nowadays,as the increasing of education level,the sense of independence of female is awaken and keep growing.More and more women go out of their housework,take part in social events and become the majority of some social activities.This phenomenon not only exists in social organizations but also in government department.The percentage of female cadres keeps increasing and some of them even become the state leaders.In addition,with the progress of globalization and technology,the world is stepping into information age which is complicated,dynamic and high risk.Therefore,as a subject that in charge of managing the society,government will faces much bigger challenges.Thus,female cadres will undertake more and more tasks as they are the one who manage the public affairs.Although the position of female cadres has risen,some obstructive factors which are traditional and familial have risen at the same time.So the development of career life for female cadres is facing great challenges.The study of female's career life therefore has significant meaning both in theoretical and practical.This thesis will combine the research results from management,sociology,politics,psychology and etc.to analyze the development of female's career life in a multi-dimension way.This study contains five chapters.Chapter one is the introduction which brief introduces the research background,significance,research methodology and literatures.In chapter two,this study will do a research on the administrative situation of career life of female's cadres from Dongxiang County.Chapter three will mainly focus on the analysis of the problems exist in the building of female cadres' team.Chapter four will analysis the reasons that cause the existing problems.In chapter five,the writer will give some suggestions about how to optimize the development of female cadres' career life.Chapter six is conclusion.Give a conclusion for the paper.
