| In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s industry,the problem of environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious.The emission of industrial waste gas causes more and more particulate pollutants and species in the air,which causes great harm to human health.Therefore,it is particularly important to find an efficient dust removal device to control the content of fine particles in the air.The filter cartridge dust collector has many advantages,such as high dust removal efficiency,low pressure loss,small area and so on.It has been widely used in many industrial fields.Therefore,a new type of filter cartridge dust collector with inner cone structure is proposed by our subject group.Compared with the conventional filter cartridge,the new filter cartridge has larger filtration area and better cleaning performance.Therefore,the popularization and application of the new filter cartridge can play a positive role in the development of China’s environmental protection industry.In this paper,serial design and selection software of new filter cartridge was designed.First of all,the performance evaluation factors of the new filter cartridge such as filtration material characteristics,dust load,filtration velocity,jetting pressure,dust cleaning method and the structural parameters of the new filter cartridge were considered as the evaluation factors,a hierarchical structure model was established based on the analytic hierarchy process and Delphi method,and the weights of the main performance parameters for the new filter cartridge,such as filtration efficiency,pressure loss,dust cleaning performance,air volume and economy were analyzed.The results provide reference for the selection of new filter cartridge.Secondly,the filtration performance,economy,pressure loss and dust cleaning performance of the new filter were analyzed by response surface method and experimental summary analysis,and the influence of the structure parameters of the new filter cartridge on these properties was studied.Thirdly,according to the main steps of the product serial design,the basic structure of the new filter cartridge was designed,and the productIV database was set up by Access.Finally,according to the above research,the softwareof serial design and selection of the new filter cartridge was developed by using VB software,which lays the foundation for the promotion of the new fold type filter cartridge in practical engineering application.Through the above research,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)The weights of the main performance parameters for the new filter cartridge were analyzed based on the analytic hierarchy process and the Delphi method,the results show that the weight of the evaluation factors of the new filter cartridge is as follows: filtration material characteristics>the structural parameters of the new type filter cartridge dust collector>dust load>filtration velocity>dust cleaning method>jetting pressure,and the relative weight of the performance parameters affecting the selection of the new filter cartridge is as follows: filtration efficiency>economy>pressure drop>dust cleaning the comprehensive optimization analysis of the pressure loss,filtration efficiency,economy and dust cleaning performance of the new filter cartridge,the results show that: In a certain range of parameters,when θ(28)5.2°,P(28)35mm,the pressure loss of the filter cartridge is the smallest.At the same time,the filtration efficiency and dust cleaning performance of the filter cartridge can meet the requirements,and the economic efficiency of the filter cartridge is also excellent.For the new filter cartridge with a specification of 325 mm x 1000 mm,when the height of the cone is 600 mm and the radius of the cone is 65 mm,the dust cleaning performance of the filter cartridge is the best,and the filtration efficiency and economy of the filter are also better.The conclusions provide a theoretical basis for the development of serial design and selection software of the new filter cartridge.(3)The definition,methods and main steps of product serialization design were introduced.It is found that: according to the previous research on the main structural parameters of the new type of filter,the similar design method can be used to design the basic structure of the new type of filter,that is,the standard size and the series size.And the form of product database was built up by Access.The results laid the foundation for the development of new cartridge selection software.(4)The software of series design and selection of the new filter cartridge was designed by using VB programming software.According to the given initial parameters,the optimal structure of the new filter cartridge,the corresponding pressure loss and the benefit cost ratio can be designed and calculated by the software.It not only improves the design efficiency of the staff,but also promotes the engineering application of the new filter cartridge. |
